Customer Care

We accept returns on merchandise within 16 days of item receipt. Items must be shipped back to us in unused/unopened condition. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items
If your item has been damaged, please email us a photo to and we will accommodate a replacement.

We ship within 3 business days from San Bruno, California. Please be aware of this when placing your order and our shipping options. Orders ship Monday thru Friday USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once order has been shipped. Orders under 2oz and shipping First Class will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for addresses inputted incorrectly. Please double check your address before submitting an order, this includes apartment numbers. We are also not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather, busy seasons, or routing errors. 

We are currently not shipping internationally. 

Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of 7.25% will be applied.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! We have a quick wholesale form and offer all our products wholesale for both domestic and international retailers. Please visit our Wholesale Page for all of the details. You can also find us on Indigo Fair.

Do you take wholesale orders?
Our products are carried in independent boutiques nationally, please visit our Stocklist Page to find retailer near you.

Do you offer custom design?
We currently are not accepting custom orders at this time.
